Our vision is to provide every grieving family with resources that allows for the proper burial of their lost loved one as well as emotional support.

Michelle, a veteran of the U.S. Army and proud mother of two, founded Elijah’s Purpose after the loss of her twin infant son in 2014. Her organization provides support to parents who have suffered the loss of an infant and she is also involved in various causes in her community.

India Edwards graduate from Virginia Union University with a Bachelor Degree in accounting. She is a mother of three beautiful girls. On her free time she enjoys spending time with her family and binge watching her favorite movies and tv shows.

Ayushi is a recent addition to the Board of Elijah’s Purpose. She is a VCU alumni with more than three years of experience assisting nonprofits in central Virginia. In her free time, Ayushi enjoys traveling and spending qaulity time with her loved ones.

Tracina is a native of Hampton Roads, Virginia and has worked with Elijah’s Purpose since its foundation. She earned a Bachelor’s degree in Fine Art, with a minor in Business Administration, from Old Dominion University in 2012. As a life long friend to founder Michelle Allette, Tracina developed a strong sense of devotion for the nonprofit after witnessing first hand the effects of pregnancy and infant loss, as well as the need for resources and support.
